The course is now anywhere you choose – your neighbourhood, local park or trail.
You choose your distance and start time.
You can track your walk or run distance with apps like RunKeeper or MapMyRun. Or you can use your Fitbit device.
To register, click on the running shoe to the right. You’ll be asked to make a donation of $25 to support the cause. You’ll receive a tax receipt for this.
Even though we aren’t meeting in person on Mother’s Day this year, funds raised are still essential to support ovarian cancer research at London Health Sciences Centre.
If you fundraise more than $100, even if you don’t participate in the virtual run, you’ll receive a commemorative 2020 London Virtual Run for Ovarian Cancer t-shirt.
Once physical distancing restrictions are lifted, we’ll update you on how we’ll distribute the t-shirts.
Once you register online, you can personalize your fundraising page, send emails and share with social media sites, manage your online donations and much more. The more you send and share, the more support you'll raise.
Your sponsors can click on the running shoe on this page to sponsor you online.
We strongly recommend you collect donations online. If you do need to accept donations by cheque, please practice physical distancing and have your donors leave the cheque in their mailbox for pick up.
To help you track donations, download and print the pledge form.
Donation cheques made payable to London Run for Ovarian Cancer can be mailed along with the pledge form to:London Health Sciences Foundation
Please mail cheques only, no cash.
Leverage the power of your workplace. Many companies offer matching donations. Tell your employer you're participating and encourage them to match the funds you raise.
